ZAC Mionnay

As preferred developer for the ZAC (Zone d’Aménagement Concerté) at Mionnay, Longbow are coordinating a local team to develop an agreed massing plan for light industrial, office and logistics use covering approximately 22 Hectares. Located to the north of Lyon on the A46 (exchange No 2.1) the site provides easy access to central Lyon and key commercial centres. The site also benefits from its close proximity to the A432 and quick access to Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport.
